Pricing Information
Theta One API is basically billed on a pay-as-you-go basis where costs are incurred only for what you use.
Billing Basis
Depending on the API you use or your contract, billing is done on a per API call (request) basis, per audio length (second) basis, or per text character count basis.
For example, the basic billing method for Theta One Speech to Text (STT) is $0.0004 per second, so if you input 10 seconds of audio, 10 X 0.0004 = 0.004 dollars will be charged.
Pricing Information
The fees listed below are all basic fees if you have not entered into a separate contract with us, and the basic fees may change due to cloud price fluctuations, our circumstances, etc.
If there is a fee increase/decrease, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance via the email you signed up with and through this page.
For inquiries about separate billing methods (on-premises, annual unlimited use, etc.) or contract purchase discounts other than the basic pricing plan, please use email (support@thetaone.co) or Channel Talk.
