Account and Sign-Up

Q: I need to modify account information.

A: You can modify basic information in the Settings menu of the API Console. For other inquiries, please contact customer support email (support@thetaone.co).

Q: Can I sign up from overseas?

A: Yes, you can sign up from anywhere in the world. Payment is based on US dollars (USD).

API Keys and Authentication

Q: I lost my API key. What should I do?

A: For security reasons, existing keys cannot be recovered. Create a new key in the console and deactivate the old key.

Q: Can I use multiple API keys in one account?

A: Yes, you can create and manage multiple keys for each project.

Q: Do API keys have an expiration date?

A: You can set an expiration date by setting Expires_at at the key creation stage. If not set, it will be unlimited.

Pricing and Billing

Q: What payment methods are available?

A: Prepaid billing (minimum $10) and postpaid billing are available, and postpaid billing is provided only to users who have entered into a separate contract.

Q: Can unused credits be refunded?

A: Refunds are possible within 7 days of top-up if there is no usage. Please submit it to the customer inquiry email (support@thetaone.co).

Q: Can I pay with a corporate card?

A: Yes, corporate card payment and invoice and receipt issuance are possible.

Speech Recognition Service

Q: What languages are supported?

A: We support single Korean and English speech recognition and mixed Korean-English (code-switching) speech recognition. For separate language support, please inquire.

Q: What file formats are supported?

A: WAV and MP3 formats are supported.

Accuracy and Quality

Q: What is the speech recognition accuracy?

A: We provide over 95% accuracy for clean speech. There may be differences depending on the environment and audio quality.

Q: Can it recognize speech even if there is background noise?

A: It can process even if there is background noise, but the cleaner the speech, the higher the accuracy.
